This trimester we have started to talk about other types of responsibility. The next couple weeks we are concentrating on "social responsibility." This means, taking care of others and our environment to help those around us, and ourselves continue to make this world a better place.
One way we can be socially responsible is to help those in need. In the last week, the people of Haiti have suffered greatly. Many people have died, others hoave no food, clothes or shelter. We are beginning a Social Responsible Campaign throughout the school to help those in Haiti begin to recover their lives and homes. Please contribute to this cause by donating anything you can. We appreciate any donations you can give. Send them to school this week with your student if you are able to contribute to this campaign to help others. Thank you so very much!

Este trimestre hemos empezado a hablar sobre otros tipos de responsabilidad. Las proximas semanas nos estaremos concentrando en "responsabilida social". Esto significa, cuidar a los demás y a nuestro ambiente para ayudarlos, y ayudarnos a hacer el mundo un lugar mejor.
Una forma en la que podemos ser sociables es ayudar a aquellos que lo necesitan. La semana pasada, las personas de Haiti han sufrido terriblemente. Mucha gente ha muerto, otros no tienen comida, ropa o vivienda. Hemos empezado una campaña de responsabilidad social en todo el colegio para ayudar a la gente de Haiti a reconstruir sus vidas y hogares. Por favor contribuye a esta causa donando lo que puedas. Apreciamos cualquier donación que puedan ofrecer. Envienlas al colegio esta semana con sus hijos (as) si pueden contribuir con esta campaña para ayudar a otros. Muchas Gracias!
